NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Crude-oil futures are flat Monday, as persistent concerns over weak U.S. oil demand and high stock levels clipped an earlier rally to near $80 a barrel. Light, sweet crude for January delivery settled 8 cents, or 0.1%, higher at $77.56 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude on the ICE futures exchange closed 26 cents, or 0.3% higher, at $77.46 a barrel.
