SINGAPORE (Reuters) - Oil declined for a second session on Tuesday as the greenback strengthened on euro-zone debt concerns, with expected builds in U.S. crude and gasoline inventories also weighing on sentiment. A near 5 percent slide in gasoline futures on Monday dragged crude down as fears that floods will hit refinery operations in Louisiana eased after a spillway along the Mississippi River was opened during the weekend.
