LONDON (Reuters) - Oil jumped by more than $2 before paring gains on Tuesday with Brent crude staying atop $116 a barrel as the dollar weakened on improved prospects for a bailout for heavily indebted Greece. U.S. crude was up $1.68 a barrel to $102.28, after reaching a high of $102.60, also up over $2 on the day. London and New York were closed on Monday for public holidays.
